Michael Kamau Biography: Michael Kamau is a is a Kenyan public civil servant born in 1958.
Eng. Michael Kamau the former cabinet secretary for transport and infrastructure who was nominated by president Uhuru Kenyatta on 25th April 2013 and was suspended from the Cabinet on 28 March 2015on allegations of corruption and charged in court with abuse of office on 4 June 2015.
Eng. Michael holds a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering, The University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering – University of Nairobi.
Eng. Kamau is registered as a professional consulting engineer by the Engineers Board of Kenya. He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya, a fellow of the Kenya Institute of Management and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
